У меня все установилось нормально при такой конфигурации:
Windows 7 x86 + Photoshop CS5.1 x86

Вполне возможно, что программа нормально запустится и под Photoshop CS6, Lightroom 4 и Elements 10.
Также не совсем понятно с ХР. Вроде как он более не поддерживается.

И еще. Я ввел только серийный ключ (смотрите в ReadMe.txt). Никаких имен и организаций вводить не пришлось.
